As the weather cools off, these warm cinnamon treats are a delicious movie-snack or welcoming appetizer when you have friends around. Add vegan caramel or carob sauce for a little extra sweetness.

Churro Baked Tortilla Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Vegan caramel or carob sauce

Instructions

  1. Arrange tortillas on two large baking sheets. Lightly coat with cooking spray; sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until crisp; cool completely. Serve with vegan caramel or carob sauce for dipping.
