Ingrédients
- 25 shishito peppers
- 1 120g package of Nuts for Cheese Smoky Artichoke and Herb
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon
Instructions
- Set oven to broil on high and allow to preheat for 15 minutes.
- Remove cheese from fridge and place on counter to soften.
- In a mixing bowl, toss peppers in olive oil, garlic powder, cumin and salt. Spread out evenly on a baking sheet and transfer to oven to broil.
- Broil on high for about 12 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning. Flip the peppers about halfway through to ensure even charring on both sides.
- To serve, zest and squeeze half a lemon over the peppers. Drizzle with softened cheese and enjoy immediately.
