Brioche French toast sticks with a buttery Love Crunch crumble and maple drizzle.
Love Crunch French Toast Crumble Sticks Recette
Ingrédients
- 1 loaf brioche, sliced into 1" thick sticks
- 4 flax eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup Love Crunch, crushed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for crumble)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350˚F
- Whisk flax eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Dip brioche sticks into egg mixture.
- Cook in buttered pan until golden.
- Combine Love Crunch granola, melted butter, and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle over sticks and bake at 350˚F for 5-7 min.
- Drizzle with maple syrup.
