Green Smoothie Popsicles

Green smoothies are all the rage, but sometimes you want something a little more refreshing in the summer heat. Enter these green smoothie popsicles!

Green Smoothie Popsicles Recipe

Prep time: 10 Minutes
Chill time: 120 Minutes
Servings: 6 popsicles
Vegan

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp natural almond butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/2 cup Nature's Path Coconut Chia Granola
  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine the spinach, bananas, peas, coconut milk, maple syrup, and almond butter.
  2. Blend on high speed until very smooth.
  3. Pour into each popsicle mold, leaving about 1/2 inch at the top.
  4. Top with granola, pressing down lightly.
  5. Add a popsicle stick to each mold, and freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
