Heritage Flakes Cereal is praised for its nutritious ancient grains, crunchy texture, and great taste. Customers appreciate the eco-friendly packaging and fast shipping. However, some find the flakes can be soggy and the box recyclable but not always fresh.

"Why did you change the recipe? I saw the box design had changed but it indicated that the cereal is still the same; however, it’s definitely different. The flakes seem thinner and less crunchy and they don’t hold their crunch in milk like the previous version did. Also, the taste is different. I bought my usual three boxes at Trader Joe’s but I’m going to return the two unopened boxes. So bummed, this was my favorite cereal."
"Every morning the crunch and wealth of fiber from Heritage Flakes satisfy morning & enrich the day!"
"They have obviously changed the recipe and the way they make this cereal that for years was among my favorites. I used to love it, but now I don’t even like it. I’m bummed and won’t buy it anymore. I wish they had a warning on the package."
"I opened my first 'new style box' of Heritage Flakes today and I am now tasting the contents for the first time. Something is off. The taste is not the same and it's not very good. This is the first time I have had a problem with Natures Path cereals."
"Subtle sweetness that kicks in after the 2nd or 3rd bites. The crunchy texture works great in the milk (or whatever you prefer). You can each it dry as a snack. . . the crunchiness are more satisfying than the chips. Even a small bowl can be very filling."
"I cannot review an item I have not received. I have reached out to your company several times to no response. The tracking number is invalid. I would like some kind of response please. Thank you."
"All of this company's cereals are made in the United States. They've obviously placed profit ahead of their country, so I'm not buying anything they make."
"Our whole family loves these flakes - we're not huge cereal eaters, but for these. They're the cleanest cereal I've found, no extras, and they stay crunchy in milk longer than most cereals. It's a huge convenience to be able to buy in larger quantities directly from Nature's Path. Only pros, no cons."
"Sorry, but your new recipe ruined my favorite cereal. This item is now off my grocery list. The hard chunks that you have decided to incorporate have made this item inedible."
"Love these flakes, they've been a staple at my home for years. Typically have with oat milk and fruits in season. Also great with some granola on top. Highly recommend!"
