Delicious & crunchy!

"Nature’s Path has my favorite cereal. Heritage O’s are more crunchy than your average O. I eat them plain, on yogurt, with oat milk, and with granola. Yum!"

Decreased flavor and quality

"This was my favorite cereal for years. However, along with the new packaging, the flakes are harder and they sure lost their wonderful flavor. I tried buying several boxes over a period of months but the good flavor has gone away. Sorry to say, I just won’t purchase any more."

The Perfect Cereal

"Our whole family loves these flakes - we're not huge cereal eaters, but for these. They're the cleanest cereal I've found, no extras, and they stay crunchy in milk longer than most cereals. It's a huge convenience to be able to buy in larger quantities directly from Nature's Path. Only pros, no cons."

Marcia (5/5)

Like tasteless chipboard

"I have a bowl of Heritage flakes every morning and consider myself to be a huge devoted fan of this product. However I am extremely disappointed in the latest formula which I liken to tasteless chipboard. No flavor, horrible texture. Whoever approved this iteration should be fired. Unless Natures Path goes back to the old version I will no longer buy this product."

healthy tasty flakes

"Highly recommend these healthy, tasty flakes from ancient grains blend, thanks"

edna k. (5/5)

This flake is hard: not crunchy.

"I was excited to try a cereal like this until I tried it. The flakes are too hard and they don't ever get softer in cold milk. As a person in my 70th year my teeth are not what they once were. My partner has dentures and struggles to consume such hard flakes as well. I like a crunchy cereal but this is not brittle enough to enjoy."

Why did you change the recipe???

"Why did you change the recipe? I saw the box design had changed but it indicated that the cereal is still the same; however, it’s definitely different. The flakes seem thinner and less crunchy and they don’t hold their crunch in milk like the previous version did. Also, the taste is different. I bought my usual three boxes at Trader Joe’s but I’m going to return the two unopened boxes. So bummed, this was my favorite cereal."

Every morning the crunch and

"Every morning the crunch and wealth of fiber from Heritage Flakes satisfy morning & enrich the day!"

Ian B. (5/5)

Sadly, it has changed for the worse

"They have obviously changed the recipe and the way they make this cereal that for years was among my favorites. I used to love it, but now I don’t even like it. I’m bummed and won’t buy it anymore. I wish they had a warning on the package."

Heritage Flakes New Box

"I opened my first 'new style box' of Heritage Flakes today and I am now tasting the contents for the first time. Something is off. The taste is not the same and it's not very good. This is the first time I have had a problem with Natures Path cereals."
