This Roasted Red Pepper dip is a satisfying flavor combination, mixing the sweetness of roasted peppers with the zest of lime juice.


  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips


  1. Place peppers, coconut milk, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until very smooth.
  2. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Serve with Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips
