Steel cut or rolled?

"I bought this product this morning, cooked and ate it. I've been an oatmeal eater my entire life, over 60 years. As any experienced oatmeal eater knows, oatmeal is generally classified based on how it is processed. They can be rolled, rolled and steamed, steel-cut, etc. Over the past 20 years, steel-cut oats have become increasingly popular due to their additional health benefits and the fact that some people prefer their texture. Steel-cut oats are hard and angular. One issue preventing their widespread adoption is that they can take over 20 minutes to cook. However, there are quick-cook steel-cut oats that are hard and angular, such as the popular Quaker brand and Aldi's brand, that cook in 5 minutes. Nature's Path steel-cut oats are NOT hard and angular. They are very soft and semi-flat and rounded. After cooking for 5 minutes, they do not have the texture of steel-cut oats but are instead a mushy mess. That likely means the health benefits of steel-cut oats (e. g. , extra fiber) are present as well. They are clearly processed in a way that removes the properties that people buying steel-cut oats are seeking (texture, health). I almost never return a food product, but I will return this due to false advertisement."

The Instructions are too small to read

"The Instructions are too small to read. Please make the print bigger and readable. Please put the instructions on your website. Is it 1/4 cup of water for microwave? That's what it looks like for me with my progressive eyeglasses."

Fast cooking but not as chewy as traditional steel cut.

"These cook quickly but the texture is closer to quick oats than steel cut oats."
