La farine de sarrasin organique d'Anita est broyée à partir de gruaux de sarrasin codéclins créant de la farine légère de couleur, de texture fine et a une saveur propre et noisette. Convient pour la cuisson sans blé, la farine de sarrasin fonctionne bien dans les recettes de biscuits, de croustillage, de crêpe, de pain rapide et de biscuits.
