Ingrédients

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350˚F.
  • Prepare keto cookie base by placing nut butter, sweetener, chia seed mixture and baking soda in a bowl.
  • Mix in Ketola Granola until fully combined.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to create balls of dough, placing them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  • Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, depending on the size of your cookies.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool in the tray before transferring to wire rack.
