Crepes veganos con ruinas de avellana de chocolate y fresas orgánicas Receta
Ingredientes
CREPES BATTER
- 2 cups “00” flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 cups Organic Oat Milk, flavored with Vanilla
- ½ cup water
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
FILLING
- Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- Fresh organic strawberries, sliced
- Love Crunch Organic Hazelnut Butter Granola
Instrucciones
To make the crepes
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ‘crepes batter’ ingredients.
- Place a non-stick pan on medium high heat.
- Ladle on ¼ cup of batter, swirling the pan until batter thinly covers the surface.
- Brown on both sides.
- Reserve on a plate and continue with the rest of the batter.
To assemble the crepes:
- Spread a crepe with the vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
- Add sliced organic strawberries.
- Fold the crepe and garnish with Love Crunch Organic Hazelnut Butter Granola.
