Tropical Macaroon Nice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups frozen mango
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut shavings, toasted
- 1 cup Love Crunch Macaroon Dark Chocolate Granola
Instructions
- Place banana, mango, and coconut milk in a blender and mix until fully combined.
- While the ingredients are blending, toast the coconut in a frying pan until browned.
- Add the toasted coconut and granola to the coconut milk mixture and blend, taking care to not overmix.
- Pour Tropical Macaroon Nice Cream into a loaf tin or a glass tray and freeze for 2-3 hours. Serve and enjoy!
