Edamame Guac Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup edamame beans
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp cilantro, minced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 2 limes, juiced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 bag QP Thin and Crispy Lime Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- In a blender, pulse the edamame and onion until fully combined.
- Place edamame paste in a bowl with the avocados and the lime juice. Using the back of a fork, gently mix the ingredients together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
