Vegan Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 can heart of palm chopped
- 1 pepper (orange or red), diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 limes, juiced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, minced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 bag Que Pasa Salted Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Place heart of palm, pepper, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and garlic in a bowl.
- Add the lime juice and let sit 10-15 minutes.
- Add salt and cilantro to taste.
- Serve in elegant martini glasses alongside Que Pasa Salted Tortilla Chips.
