Chili Ganache Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 oz dark chocolate
- 1 can coconut cream
- 2-4 chili peppers, deseeded and minced
- 1 bag Que Pasa Red Corn Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- In a microwave bowl, add the coconut cream and chili peppers heating at 30-second intervals until sides of the bowl are hot.
- Add chili peppers to taste.
- Add chocolate to a separate bowl. Pour the hot chili cream over the chocolate and let rest for 4-6 minutes without stirring.
- Stir the chocolate mixture until smooth.
- Pour in a bowl and serve with Que Pasa Red Corn Tortilla Chips.
