  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates, blended smooth
  • 3/4 cup Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla Cereal
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Process ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Shape into balls.
  3. Roll in coconut.
