Three Bean Chilli Skillet

Three Bean Chilli Skillet Recipe

Prep time: 5 Minutes
Cook time: 20 Minutes
Servings: 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp each cumin, oregano flakes and chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups three bean blend, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Que Pasa White Corn Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Cook onion in a skillet over medium heat with oil, cumin, oregano, chili powder and salt until softened. Stir in beans, diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes until thick. Adjust salt to taste. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with Que Pasa Unsalted Tortilla Chips.
