No Bake Cookie Clusters

These yummy no-bake cookies are easy to make and a tasty way of hiding some fruit into a chocolatey treat. Try mixing up the types of berries for family-favourites and they'll be gone in no-time!


  • 3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups EnviroKidz Choco Chimps Cereal
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup raisins


  1. Line two baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in large saucepan set over medium-low heat.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Immediately stir in cereal until well coated.
  6. Stir in apricots, cranberries and raisins.
  7. Drop into 2-inch rounds onto prepared baking sheets.
  8. Use a greased spatula or the back of spoon to flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
  9. Refrigerate for at least one hour or until set.
  10. Store layered, between sheets of waxed paper, in airtight container in the refrigerator.
