Chili Ganache

Sweet and soulful, this luscious dark chocolate ganache contains a welcome hit of spice and flavor that invokes the warm spices and gentle heat of Mexican chocolate. Serve with Que Pasa Red Corn Tortilla Chips for a salty-sweet treat that’s hot, hot, hot!

Chili Ganache Recipe

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 2-4 chili peppers, deseeded and minced
  • 1 bag Que Pasa Red Corn Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. In a microwave bowl, add the coconut cream and chili peppers heating at 30-second intervals until sides of the bowl are hot.
  2. Add chili peppers to taste.
  3. Add chocolate to a separate bowl. Pour the hot chili cream over the chocolate and let rest for 4-6 minutes without stirring.
  4. Stir the chocolate mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour in a bowl and serve with Que Pasa Red Corn Tortilla Chips.
