Wake up on Christmas morning to this delightful snowman pancake.
Snowman Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
- A favourite pancake recipe (we like this one by I Love Vegan!)
- Choco Chimps EnviroKidz Cereal
- Gorilla munchΒ EnviroKidz Cereal
- Strawberries
- Marshmallows
- Icing sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Make your pancakes according to recipe instructions β pouring batter to make small circles and big circles to make snowman head and body.
- Slice a few strawberries up into little triangle pieces for snowman noses and little rectangles to make scarves.
- Build the snowman on the plate, usingΒ Choco ChimpsΒ andΒ Gorilla MunchΒ to make the snowmanβs arms and form the buttons. Add a few mini marshmallows to the base and dust a little icing sugar on the plate for snow. Serve alongside some santa hat fruit kebabs and enjoy!
