Cara from The Great Full Girl created a dreamy holiday treat with cinnamon, pumpkin purée, brown sugared apples, and our deliciously crispy Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola.


  • Pumpkin & Apple Filling
  • 8 gala apples
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • Granola Crisp Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Nature's Path Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 3/4 cup plant-based butter
  • 1/2 cup Nature's Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola


    1. Peel and dice the apples.
    2. Combine brown sugar, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, agave, and pumpkin purée. Stir until apples are well coated.
    3. Set aside and prepare Granola Crisp Topping.
    4. Combine all-purpose flour, oats, brown sugar, agave, plant-based butter, and Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola. Stir until well combined.
    5. In a pie pan, layer your Pumpkin and Apple Filling first, then top with Granola Crisp Topping.
    6. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
    7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
