Crunchy Apple Boats Recipe

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple – each apple makes two boats
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Yogurt
  • EnviroKidz Panda Puffs Cereal 
  • Paper – cut into a triangle 
  • Toothpicks

Tip:

  • Substitute the coconut yogurt for regular yogurt, nut butter, or seed butter
  • Make it more nutritious by substituting the paper-sail for a slice of cheese
  • Decorate the paper-sail with stickers and colours for more arts & crafts fun!

Instructions

  1. Make the sail by attaching the triangle cut-paper with a toothpick 
  2. Cut the apple in half and remove the core
  3. Spread a layer of coconut yogurt
  4. Carefully poke the sail into the center of the apple
  5. Cover the coconut yogurt layer with Envirokidz Panda Puffs Cereal
