Coconut Mango Smoothie Bowl Recipe

                          Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Turmeric Flakes
 - 2 small mangos, peeled and roughly chopped
 - 1/4 tsp dried ground turmeric (or 1/8 tsp grated fresh)
 - 1 small organic carrot, scrubbed clean and roughly chopped
 - 1 frozen banana
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
 - 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
 
Instructions
- Place mango pieces, turmeric, carrot, banana, coconut milk, and honey in a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.
 - Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with Turmeric Flakes.
