Chocolate Greens Balls Recipe

Servings: 20 balls

Ingredients

  • 20 dates, pitted
  • 3/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, break down cashews until they are a fine powder.
  2. Add pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, coconut shreds, cocoa powder, spirulina, cinnamon, and sea salt and process until mixture is crumbly and no large chunks remain.
  3. Add dates, honey, and coconut oil and blend until dates are completely broken down.
  4. Transfer to a large bowl and roll a tablespoon at a time into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
