5-Ingredient Granola

Give your kids a healthy start to the morning with this super easy granola recipe! Sprinkle it over almond milk, greek yogurt, or serve with fresh fruit.


  • 3 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup Panda Puffs


  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the oats and coconut chips. Add the oil and honey and mix until the oat mixture is coated. Spread into an even layer onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes until the coconut is toasty and the oats are lightly browned.
  3. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Panda Puff, let it cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
