I was fortunate enough to be selected to review this product for free using bzz agent and let me tell you. . . this bread turned out perfect. Works well with your starter and has a fantastic taste. I made a giant loaf of whole wheat sourdough bread and it made great slices for sandwiches. Definitely would recommend. And also it's organic!!!"

"I've recently been making sourdough starter and this flour is by far the best flour I've used for it. Not only do I use it for the starter, but I add it to the dough as well. I love the flavor this stone ground whole wheat provides for my loaves. It is robust and the color is beautiful. I highly recommend this to anyone needing maxing flour for sourdough starter and/or wants delicious flavor in their baked goods!"

"I have been into making everything sourdough for about a year. With that being said, I have never been able to make a perfect boule of bread. . . . until this flour. I did get a sample to try for my opinion, and this is no lie. I finally made a perfect boule, and I couldn't be happier! I only buy organic flour, so I was super excited to try it. My only worry is that I won't be able to find it in the stores in my small town. If you see it, get it!"
