"The oats are good, but the individual containers routinely arrive damaged such that the oats spill out into the cardboard box they are packed in. Seems like every shipment there is at least 2 or 3 out of the 6-pack that arrive opened and only half-full. The outside box is undamaged, so they must be packed in a damaged state. Save your money or by individually in a retail store where the retailer can deal with the poor packaging"

"The product is great. The packing you use for shipping is over the top. I understand you need to protect the contents, but the plastic bubble wrap is a bad choice in my opinion. Why not use recycled material? Recycling of plastic is not available where I live and I assume this is the case in many of your customer's areas. I offered to ship the bubble wrap back (there was that much of it!) but your customer service rejected this idea."
"These quick cook instant oats are the BEST! They are my picky son's favorite - no other will do. Just the right texture - not gummy like another famous brand, but just perfect. We have been buying these for years and years. I do wish they were more locally available, and the price for these on Amazon is usually through the roof. Thank goodness they can be purchased directly from Nature's Path online as well! Please continue to offer these delicious instant organic oats! They are a mainstay of my son's diet, and the most nutritious thing he will eat!"
