Organic oats are a fiber and nutrient-rich grain that are often rolled into the common, flat flake. They can also be cut into "steel cut" or rolled and cut for "quick cook" oats.
Whether you call them pumpkin seeds or pepitas, these seeds pack a protein-filled punch.
Often considered a superfood for the ALA Omega-3s contained within these tiny seeds, flax adds a delicious nutty flavor and a boost of nutrition in every bite.
Fun fact: cinnamon was once more valuable than gold in the ancient world. While this may not hold true today, it's still one of our most valuable spices.

"Tasty and nutritious. Love it mixed with your flakes for breakfast. Snaking dry is great too."
"I am generally a pretty frugal shopper. That typically involves prioritizing price or sticking with lower-priced brands I would enjoy well enough. But this is one of the few foods I make an exception for, even as someone who no longer eats breakfast. I must always have my Pumpkin Flax. In fact, I only eat one large meal a day and also run 40-50 miles a week. Since most of the other food I eat is pretty clean and unprocessed, it can sometimes make getting enough calories difficult. This solves that paint point for me given how calorie-dense it is. Is it the healthiest food in the world? No. It's processed, has added sugars, and is ultimately just a cereal. So what? It tastes great, provides plenty of fiber and protein per serving, has pumpkin and flax seeds (duh), and is certainly healthier than a lot of other cereals. Good enough for me. Very glad they have this available in bulk size to keep the price on the more manageable side, and I have seen no drop-off in quality."
"great cereal"
"Fresh!"
"We have been using this granola for the past 7 years. Our customers love it. I even got it for my house."
"Use it to make pie crusts in place of graham crackers. A family favorite."
"I can’t live without this…always in stock at my house."
"I almost swallowed this sharp piece of wood! It was in my granola cereal. Please add more safety features in your processing. I give this food to my kids and now I sadly won’t be buying this ever again. And will be telling people about this."
"Our family loves this cereal. We started buying it at the grocery store and it disappeared fast out of the pantry. We switched to Costco, and we still ran out fast. We've switched to the source! In a house with teenagers, 25 pounds lasts a few months. If you are what you eat. . . we are mostly pumpkin and flax."
"Speedy and safe delivery."
