"I have T1D and tend to eat low carb so getting this was an experiment to see if this low carb/keto flour could be used as a true 1:1 replacement without the super high spikes caused by regular flour. The first ingredient is wheat gluten which already made me nervous. Taste-wise I truly couldn't tell a difference between regular APF and this. Usually though I DIY my low carb flours but there is a discernible taste difference. HOWEVER, this does give me a higher sugar spike compared to DIY low carb flour. Perhaps it is the wheat, but if you're diabetic/want to keep a close eye on your sugars, you might want to stay away. If you are doing keto for weight loss though, you are probably fine. I would not recommend it to brittle diabetics like myself."

"Any wheat-based or grain-based flour is not keto-approved. They are as bad as white sugar as they have a lot of carbs that will raise your blood sugar level quickly and take you out of ketosis. Anyone who does a true Keto would not consume this flour due to its ingredients. 1/4 cup of serving will not help you make much."
