"This is natures path organic keto all purpose flour comes 5 g net carbs and per 30 servant. It's all purpose flour replacement as exceptional for results like you know baking recipes and things like that. It's just a healthy alternative a great way that you can calculate you know your neck carbs I do highly suggest this as a healthy alternative is very organic and I love that about it, the fact is chemical and pesticides fertilizers GMO that's dope and that's what matter"

"It much healthier than normal flour. It has been amazing to cook with and is so easy to work with. And Noone in my family can tell difference and making bread out of this has been life changing. The bread is soft and little sweet and not so heavy like using normal flour this keto flour has been an all around game changer in my life and my kitchen!!!!"

Tastes great, but still causes similar glucose spikes

"I have T1D and tend to eat low carb so getting this was an experiment to see if this low carb/keto flour could be used as a true 1:1 replacement without the super high spikes caused by regular flour. The first ingredient is wheat gluten which already made me nervous. Taste-wise I truly couldn't tell a difference between regular APF and this. Usually though I DIY my low carb flours but there is a discernible taste difference. HOWEVER, this does give me a higher sugar spike compared to DIY low carb flour. Perhaps it is the wheat, but if you're diabetic/want to keep a close eye on your sugars, you might want to stay away. If you are doing keto for weight loss though, you are probably fine. I would not recommend it to brittle diabetics like myself."

"This product really did surprise me! I used this product to make biscuits and was expecting it to come out with a slight grainy text which is what I don't like. It came out like a regular very soft biscuit from a restaurant! If you're looking for a healthier option, try this!"

"For far too long I've been limited to only almond flour for keto recipes and home baking. The flavor and texture in my baked goods using almond flour leaves much to be desired. I was nervous to give this a try however the biscuits I just made this morning with a keto flour turned out great. I will definitely be using this in the future and replacement of my old products."

Not Keto

"Any wheat-based or grain-based flour is not keto-approved. They are as bad as white sugar as they have a lot of carbs that will raise your blood sugar level quickly and take you out of ketosis. Anyone who does a true Keto would not consume this flour due to its ingredients. 1/4 cup of serving will not help you make much."
