The common apple has an uncommonly impressive amout of nutrients and health benefits to its name.
Fun fact: cinnamon was once more valuable than gold in the ancient world. While this may not hold true today, it's still one of our most valuable spices.
Fine sugar crystals and molasses create the characteristic color and flavor of brown sugar, while the maple sugar is a delicious reminder of why we're proud to be a Canadian company.
Oats are a fiber and nutrient-rich grain that are often rolled into the common, flat flake. They can also be cut into "steel cut" or rolled and cut for "quick cook" oats.

"My husband loves the oatmeal. He loves the flavor and texture of the Apples and cinnamon. He is able to digest it better. My husband is 87 years young and looks forward to his breakfast every morning."
"It's been a long time since I've bought instant anything, I admit, so I realize that this review may be unfair to your company. But I have loved the Heritage Flakes for years, so when I saw this product on an end-cap promotion, I thought, hey, why not? I bought this one, and another box of just the Brown Sugar and Maple. Obviously, if others are really liking these products, all I can say is that they probably did not have a mom who made them oatmeal when they were growing up, and maybe that is the problem with the people who work in your test kitchen making these packaged products. But all the flavors were hopelessly irredeemable, even after I tried to doctor them to make them more palatable to my children. I tried using a tiny bit less water, since the prescribed amount made the oatmeal runny, but I knew, of course, that the prescribed amount might depend on doing enough stirring about to help the product have the right consistency, so I tried that too. The real magic of oatmeal is the proper ratio of SALT and SWEET. Regardless of what kind of sweetener you are using, whether it's brown sugar or maple or honey, it's the intensity of that combination with salt that makes this flavorless gruel come to life as the beloved oatmeal we all fondly remember from our childhood, That, and the subtlety of the right amount of cinnamon, which adds its own kind of sweetness. And then, some small dab of butter and a splash of milk. I thought the spiced apple and flax was probably the best of the lot, but that's not saying much, since it only means that I was able to eat it, unhappily, since it, too, tasted weird. I love dried apples and I love flax. So I don't know what to say here. Perhaps a stingy use of ingredients (like dried apple) and lack of flavor?! Also, the standard serving of oats before cooking or adding extras is a 1/2 cup, not 1/3 cup!"
"There's not a flavor or product of Natures Path my family doesn't LOVE!"
