"I love these pastries as someone who used to love poptarts as a kid — they’re soft, filling, and not overly sweet! However, I wish it had icing like the box shows. . it looks like majority of them are barely brushed with the icing which was my favorite part. I’ve tried the brown sugar and the strawberry and the strawberry taste way more nostalgic than anything"

"Purchased a box of Nature’s Path Organic Frosted Berry Strawberry toaster pastries. The outside box picture is not a true representation of the product. There was little pastry icing, little strawberry filling inside, and a wide pastry edge (with no filling). The worst problem was the lack of taste. I am throwing the rest of the pastries in the trash."

"I purchased the Frosted Berry Toaster Pastry and I was so disappointed to see that the pastry did not even come close to looking like the image on the box. I had contacted customer service and provided them the photos and the info on the box. The rep said that they would send out some vouchers to make up the poorly made product that somehow made it past quality control. I had not received the vouchers so on 5/14/25 I purchased a new box and what do I find? I end up with the same issue I had with the previous purchase. This I feel is not just a means of ripping of the consumer but to knowingly continue misrepresenting the product that we actually get as represented on the box is fraud. I had sent out another E-Mail with photos of the product as seen here with the UPC Best Buy info and production info and they had chosen not to respond. I have purchased Natures Path products since 2018 and I think that it may just be time to stop purchasing their products until they make good and stop putting out bad product."
