"It took some time before I use this product. Upon opening my package I was very impressed with the package it stores well. I didn't have to worry about finding a container to store it in. It seemed a bit light for an All Purpose flour; but the results were the same as usual when it was used to create my favourite flat bread. I would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"I received Nature's Path Organic Flour Free in exchange for a review and I'm thankful for the opportunity! Firstly, Nature's Path Organic All-Purpose Flour is unbleached and very silky, almost soft to the touch, without sifting for easy baking for soft fluffy bread, biscuits, tortillas, pancakes, cookies or your favorite bakery items or desserts. It's packed in a very sturdy ziplock plastic package and very convenient to store in your pantry without the need to use additional storage such as ziploc bags or flour containers."

Made a great couple of baked goods!

"I enjoyed testing out this flour. I typically use only unbleached flour because I often utilize it for sourdough. This flour was very fine and smooth, it was very clearly not bleached, and the ingredients check out. I'm not crazy about it being kind of enriched, but I still think it's a nice alternative to the crappy store brand flour that's both bleached and enriched. I made both a cinnamon bundt cake and blueberry muffins with it and they both turned out great! I loved the light fluffy texture it seemed to give my baked goods."

"This is the best tasting wheat organic all-purpose flour I have ever used for making muffins, biscuits and cookies. I really like that the flour is unbleached, and is milled from hard red spring wheat, plus it smells good and looks good. I am also happy that this comes in a strong resealable plastic bag that is 100% recyclable."

"unbleached and organic so much healthier than almost anything to give to my family! I really love to bake from scratch and this flour is the best! The dough is soft and fluffy!
