I hope her/their superiors read my praise of her/them, and I thank them for hiring such a genuine sweetheart. Since I first discovered it, the only flour I ever use for cooking and baking is their Sprouted Whole Grain Spelt. It tastes deliciously healthy, produces light and happy baked goods with a tiny but discernible crunch, and blends easily to make smooth sauces.
