Shortly expiring cereals and irresponsible, unsupportive customer service
"We ordered 12 bags of cereals for my 83-year-old ailing Mother; but they sent us cereals that have only 3 months of shelf life. Customer service agents ignored our request to replace the order with longer shelf life, and even said that we can just freeze them for longer use beyond the expiry dates. They show no understanding and concern for customers' heath, esp. for elders'."

Strange new smelly inner bag in my mesa sunrise
"Mesa Sunrise is a great product and part of my daily breakfast routine. However, recently I bought a packet of mesa sunrise that had a different kind of inner plastic bag in it - it was clear rather than opaque, much thicker than the usual bag and it smelled very strongly of oil. I have not eaten the cereal in this packet as it just didn't smell right. I do hope this different inner packaging does not become a permanent thing. Whatever has happened it made the product inedible. Other than this, mesa sunrise if a great product."

"I've been enjoying Mesa Sunrise for a few years which is why I order it directly from Nature's Path via auto-delivery every 3-4 months! It's my go to breakfast with fresh fruit or plain. It's even great for a quick lunch or dinner if I'm too tired to cook at night!"
SHRINKAGE
"Yes, I agree with the other 1 stars. Also there's shrinkage. ! After I opened the bag I would put it in a container only used for that cereal, and there would be 2 cups left over after it was filled. Now the whole bag fits : ( Why does we, the consumer, get screwed all the time while the rich get richer."
