You’ve heard of cake pops, but what about waffle pops? These use three kinds of vegan chocolate plus our brand new EnviroKidz Polar Beary and Penguin Party waffles.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chopped strawberries
  • ¼ vegan graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 oz vegan dark chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz vegan milk chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz vegan white chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup vegan caramel, melted
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 box EnviroKidz Polar Berry Waffles
  • 1 box EnviroKidz Penguin Party Waffles

Directions

  1. Prepare all waffle toppings and place them in individual bowls, then toast waffles in a toaster. Once toasted, insert colored popsicle sticks.
  2. For the Polar Berry waffles, dip them in the white chocolate and top with the chopped strawberry and graham cracker crust. Finish them off with a drizzle of dark chocolate.
  3. For the Penguin Party waffles, dip them in milk chocolate and top with shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Finish them off with a drizzle of caramel.
  4. Place waffles in the fridge for 10-15 minutes so the chocolate is fully set.
  5. Serve, share, and enjoy!
