Tuscan Nachos
A summery take on everybody's favorite appetizer! Cheesy, crunchy & loaded with flavors from the Mediterranean, this snack is best enjoyed fresh from the oven.
Tuscan Nachos Recipe

Ingredients
- Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out a base layer of tortilla chips. Top with a light layer of sundried tomatoes and 1/2 the cheese. Add another layer of tortillas and repeat.
- Place in oven to cook for 8 minutes and broil for the remaining 2 minutes in order to get melted, bubbly cheese.
- Remove from oven and drop a few spoonfuls of pepita pesto, followed by fresh olives.
- Serve with Que Pasa Mild Mexicana Salsa & enjoy!
