Sweet Potato Dip

Sweet Potato Dip

  • Serving Size: 3 cups

Serve warm or cold, this sweet potato dip is delightfully smooth. You can add more spice if you prefer your dip hot!


  • 2 baked sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp each cumin and chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt


  1. Scoop cooked potato flesh into a food processor.
  2. Add cilantro, almond milk, lime juice, cumin, chili powder and salt.
  3. Pulse until very smooth.
  4. Adjust salt to taste.
