Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

Roasted Tomatillo Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 tomatillos
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 large whole garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 8 sprigs of fresh cilantro
- Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Remove husk wash tomatillos and cut in half. Roast tomatillos with onion, garlic and jalapenos, at 450°F, for 15 minutes or until tender and slightly blistered.
- Transfer to a blender with water, salt and cilantro. Blend until smooth. Chill for 2 hours before serving. Adjust salt to taste.
- Serve with Que Pasa Yellow Tortilla Chips
