Our classic Pico de Gallo recipe is a fresh mix of vivid colours and fresh, delicious ingredients.


  • 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Stir tomatoes with onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt.
  2. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Adjust salt to taste.
