Pan-Seared Qi'a Oatmeal

A crispy take on everyone's favorite hearty way to start the day, this easy to prepare organic superfood oatmeal dish puts the gourmet back in gluten free. Top with fresh raspberries and pure maple syrup for a dash of sweetness.
Pan-Seared Qi'a Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 packets (each 38 g) Qi’a™ Superfoods Creamy Coconut Oatmeal
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups raspberries
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
- Grease loaf pan well with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
- Empty packets of Qi’a into a bowl.
- Heat almond milk just to a boil.
- Pour almond milk over Qi’a.
- Stir to combine.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir into prepared pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Slice Qi’a into 6 portions.
- Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a large nonstick skillet set over medium-high heat.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden and seared on each side, cooking in batches if needed.
- Serve with raspberries and maple syrup.
