No Bake Cookie Clusters
These yummy no-bake cookies are easy to make and a tasty way of hiding some fruit into a chocolatey treat. Try mixing up the types of berries for family-favourites and they'll be gone in no-time!
No Bake Cookie Clusters Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cups EnviroKidz Choco Chimps Cereal
- 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions
- Line two baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in large saucepan set over medium-low heat.
- Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Immediately stir in cereal until well coated.
- Stir in apricots, cranberries and raisins.
- Drop into 2-inch rounds onto prepared baking sheets.
- Use a greased spatula or the back of spoon to flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour or until set.
- Store layered, between sheets of waxed paper, in airtight container in the refrigerator.
