Cinnamon Molasses Oat Jars Recipe

Ingredients
- 240 g almond milk (or any dairy free milk)
- 2 medium size apples, cut into chunks
- 90 g rolled oats
- 65 g chopped pecans
- 25 g blackstrap molasses
- 20 g maple syrup
- 15 g flax seeds
- 1.3 g cinnamon
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, almond milk and maple syrup. Mix gently and soak for 10 minutes to allow the oats to soften.
- Meanwhile, in another small bowl, toss together apple flax seeds and pecans.
- To serve, divide the oats into 2 bowls, top with apple pecan mixture and a drizzle of molasses. Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
