Banana Split Nachos Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bag Que Pasa White Corn Chips
- 1bag Que Pasa Blue Corn Chips
- 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of bananas, sliced
- Neapolitan ice cream, dairy-free
- Peanuts, chopped
- Caramel, melted
- ā cup dairy-free chocolate chips, fair-trade chocolate
- Ā½ tsp virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- To make the chocolate sauce, in a small saucepan combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted.
- To assemble, place tortilla chips on one large platter. Top with the fresh strawberries and bananas. Scoop the neapolitan ice cream and place all over nachos. Next, drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel on top, then sprinkle with peanuts. Serve immediately.
