Has the sensation of biting on brittle plastic

"Natures Path Millet Rice, the flakes have become so hard it is difficult to eat! They appear to have changed the consistency due to a complaint of flake dust in the packet, so it changed to impossible to eat, its too hard. Please return to Previous consistency. The sensation is like biting on brittle plastic, if that can be imagined. In mitigation, it is possible ti improve the texture by leaving the packet open, once opened. Thus allows for the flakes to absorb air moisture and so to soften the flake. However, there is ony a marginal improvement, because the consistency and dence nature of the product, as now produced, but does have a small improvement."
