Organic Ingredients

  • Spelt

A cousin of wheat thought to contain less gluten, spelt has a deliciously nutty and slightly sweet flavor.

  • Barley

A gluten containing grain, barley is a hardy cereal grain that is often used as a tasty alternative to wheat.

  • Quinoa

Considered a superfood for several millennia, quinoa is famous for containing all of the essential amino acids and being gluten free!

  • Millet

Millet is an ancient grain that serves up more magnesium (and other minerals) than you'd think possible in this tiny grain.

Bite Size Choices, Planet Size Change

At Nature's Path we've always believed that humanity's best hope for creating a better planet is through the ways we grow and produce food. Food connects us all, and it's the simplest way we can all have a positive impact on our planet. Eating organic can help create a more sustainable future — but only if people enjoy eating it. That's why it also has to be delicious. Making better choices, without compromise.

Heritage Os Very Good!

"We love Natures Path heritage Os, as they don't get soggy and are organic. We left Cheerios as found oat fields mostly used pesticides and we try to live and eat cleanly."

So disappointed 😞

"I was so excited to try this cereal because of all the listed healthy ingredients but couldn't get past the terribly hard chewing . . I even tried to let it sit & soak up some milk, but still too hard (like wood) ! Sorry to say I'm returning it to No Frills since it is expensive at $10. 50 a bag"

Great TJ High Fiber O’s dupe

"I was sad when TJ stopped selling their High Fiber O’s. These taste very similar and they’re not quite as crunchy, but they’re close! So happy to have found these. Definitely worth a shot if you want a cereal that can stand up to milk without getting soggy."

Elise W. (5/5)

Really good but too pricey

"I love. This cereal. It retains its crunch in milk and has great flavor. I went to reorder it today and gasped when I saw the price which is almost 4 times what I paid for my last order…I get 4 bags at once. So I guess I won’t be enjoying them for breakfast any more. 😪"
