How to Order

Ordering Online

The quickest and easiest way to order delicious Nature’s Path organic products is online, directly from our website. All orders are fulfilled by our US based warehouse. Our online order system is safe and secure. Learn more about our Security Guarantee.

To place your order online, follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse our products via the main Shop menu.
  2. Select the category you wish to browse and find the product you’re interested in.
  3. To add an item to your shopping cart, click “Add to Cart”.
    1. You will be able to do this from the category page as well as the specific product page.
  4. When you’re finished shopping, click on the “Check Out” button.
  5. You’ll be given the option to continue as a guest or to register/sign into a shopping account.
  6. Fill out your contact information, including your shipping address and click “Continue to Shipping”.
  7. Once you’ve selected your shipping method, click “Continue to Payment”.
  8. Enter your credit card information and, if necessary, a different billing address.
    1. If you’ve created an account or selected “Save my information” for a faster checkout in the past, most of this information will be pre-filled for you.
  9. Review and confirm all your order information, then click “Pay now”.
  10. You will be taken to an order confirmation screen.
  11. You will also receive an email to the inbox you provided with your order details. We will use this email to send you updates related to your order, such as when it has been shipped and delivered. Be sure to keep an eye on your email. If you didn’t receive the confirmation to your inbox, check your junk folder. If the email happens to be in your junk folder, be sure to mark our email as a safe to ensure emails going directly into your inbox moving forward.


Ordering by Phone

Placing an order by phone is not possible. For fast and secure checkout, place your order via our website. It’s safe, secure and fast. If you require support with placing your order, we encourage you to use our self-service help menu. We also have online email and chat available between 9am and 5pm EST Monday to Friday.


Viewing Your Current & Past Orders

If you have created an account on, you will be able to check the status and details of your current and past orders. To do so, on our main navigation menu, click on the user icon. You’ll be asked to enter your username and password to sign in. From your account navigate to ‘Order History’ to view current and past order details.
