This spicy homemade chipotle hummus is a flavorful and healthy way to step up your snacking game.


  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 heaping tbsp chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1½ tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Que Pasa Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips, for serving


  1. Using a food processor, pulse the garlic into fine chunks. Add the chickpeas, chipotle pepper, olive oil, water, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Process until combined and smooth. Serve with tortilla chips.
