Ingredients
2 pieces of toast (makes 1 groundhog toast)
natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
strawberries
blueberries (optional)
banana, sliced
chocolate chips
sliced almonds
Instructions
Spread one slice of toast with natural peanut butter.
From the other slice of toast, use a round cookie cutter to cut out two toast rounds.
Use the toast rounds to make the groundhog’s chubby cheeks. Place the rounds side by side, onto the bottom half of the peanut butter toast.
For eyes, place two slices of banana above the toast rounds. Add a chocolate chip to each banana slice for pupils.
Make the ears, cut stem off of a strawberry and slice the strawberry in half. Place the halved strawberries on each of the top two corners of the toast.
For the nose, use a blueberry or the tip of strawberry, and place it between the toast rounds.
Place two almond slices between the toast rounds to make little teeth.
