Wolverine Claws
Spook up your kid's snack time with this healthy Halloween treat!
Wolverine Claws Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 packets Brown Sugar Maple Oatmeal
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup nut butter of your choice
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 2 tbsp coconut chips
Instructions
- In a stand mixer or bowl, combine oatmeal, flax seeds, almond flour, cocoa powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup and nut butter. Pour maple syrup mixture over the oatmeal mixture and mix until combined. Add pumpkin seeds and mix again.
- Form into wolverine claw shape and add the coconut chips to make 'claws'. Place them on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for an hour. At this point you can eat them, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
