Three Bean Chilli Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp each cumin, oregano flakes and chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups three bean blend, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- Chopped cilantro
- Que Pasa White Corn Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Cook onion in a skillet over medium heat with oil, cumin, oregano, chili powder and salt until softened. Stir in beans, diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Simmer for 15 minutes until thick. Adjust salt to taste. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with Que Pasa Unsalted Tortilla Chips.
