Superflake Chocolate Nut Clusters
Crunchy nut clusters, coated with chocolate make this sweet a nice after work snack or a perfectly simple dessert. Packed with healthy fats from coconut oil, flax seeds, almonds and nut butter, this is a treat you can feel good about!
Superflake Chocolate Nut Clusters Recipe

Ingredients
- 230g Nature’s Path Millet Rice Flakes
- 400g semi sweet chocolate chips
- 30g flax seeds
- 110g cup chopped almonds
- 40 peanut butter
- 20g coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with paper cups and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine millet rice flakes, flax seeds and almonds.
- Using the double boiler method, melt chocolate chips until smooth. At this point, add coconut oil and peanut butter. Whisk to combine.
- Pour chocolate blend over flake mixture and gently toss to ensure all pieces are coated.
- Spoon clusters into muffin tray and transfer to fridge to set for about 20 minutes until they hold their shape.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
