Crunchy nut clusters, coated with chocolate make this sweet a nice after work snack or a perfectly simple dessert. Packed with healthy fats from coconut oil, flax seeds, almonds and nut butter, this is a treat you can feel good about!

Superflake Chocolate Nut Clusters Recipe

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper cups and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine millet rice flakes, flax seeds and almonds.
  3. Using the double boiler method, melt chocolate chips until smooth. At this point, add coconut oil and peanut butter. Whisk to combine.
  4. Pour chocolate blend over flake mixture and gently toss to ensure all pieces are coated.
  5. Spoon clusters into muffin tray and transfer to fridge to set for about 20 minutes until they hold their shape.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
